With many grounds closing today around us we are still playing!

But we DO NEED HELP to ensure YOUR kids play today!

Firstly we’d love 1 volunteer from each team report to us today to help us with ground control! It’s wet and we have to manage wet areas with 1500-2000 people expected on our grounds today.

We’ll ask our parent volunteers to wear a Ground Official jacket and simply direct people onto the concrete paths and not on the grass areas to prevent damage to YOUR fields.

Secondly we ask all Team Leaders today to limit warmup and use the area behind Field 1 on the Klumpp Rd end ONLY - again limiting damage - it will be crowded but it is better than nothing and we ask that you also work with visiting teams and ensure we can all share that limited space.

We do hope that people appreciate that whilst there’s lots of standing water around our fields that you’ll all work together to keep everyone safe and limited damage.
