Hawks FC extends a huge thank you to all the Players, Coaches, Managers, and Families for being a part of the incredible 2024 Season!

This past weekend marked the official wrap-up of our season, highlighted by the Breakups for our In-House and MiniRoos Programs. Saturday was full of celebration as we reflected on what has been a fantastic year for the club.

Regardless of the result—win, loss, or draw—every one of our teams made us proud, showcasing the true community spirit that Mt Gravatt Hawks FC is known for!

It was also a record-breaking year for Hawks FC, with player registrations exceeding 900—our largest to date. Four Metro teams reached the finals, three of which secured Grand Final victories! Additionally, two of our Junior Teams also made the finals, with one team still to play in the Grand Final. Both our Senior Women and Men wrapped up in solid mid-table positions, narrowly missing finals but finishing strong.

We’ve also made strides in improving our facilities, with more plans in the pipeline as we continue to reinvest into the club’s future.

None of this would have been possible without the unwavering support of our families, who entrust Hawks FC with their passion for football. A special thanks goes out to our valued sponsors, who help keep the cost of football affordable during these challenging times.

As our small but dedicated group of volunteers takes a well-deserved break, we will begin our annual field maintenance and work on various club projects to prepare for the future.
