We are looking for players born 12 years and older to become Game Leaders for our MiniRoos. This is also open to Adults and non-playing siblings.

Becoming a Game Leader is the perfect first step for kids aged 12-13 to lean the basic skills of officiating in a fun and positive club environment.

We don’t actually have Referees in MiniRoos, instead we have Game Leaders and their primary role is to help lead our MiniRoos Games each weekend. Whilst the do enforce the rules, most of what our Game Leaders do is help players learn the game and keep the games going.

They are PAID roles and they NOT just for kids and open to teenagers and parents looking to make some additional income on weekends.

Our Game Leaders are fully protected by our Club as we have a ZERO TOLERANCE Policy and any Game Leaders that are approached before, during and after game, individuals will be asked to leave our grounds.

Game Leaders will get basic training and will also be mentored and they are a vital part of ensue our Game Days run smoothly.

Game Leaders need to be available to work on Saturday Mornings from 8am and most will work for 3-4 hours each day and will be paid by the number of games they do and pay is determined on the age group, so the older the teams playing the more the pay per game so our more experienced Game Leaders will get the older age groups.

We exclusively offer this to our Players as we’ve had some amazing Game Leaders coming through our player base. It’s fun, it’s outdoors in the fresh air, the remuneration is good, Game Leaders get regular work and they get to keep fit and healthy – let’s face it, we’d rather be doing this than flipping burgers!

This is OPEN to all Boys and Girls and we are also keen to hear from any Adults looking to earn some extra income and also do something that helps keep you fit and healthy!
